Providing documentation and submitting credentials when applying for jobs in the medical profession is always more time consuming than it ever should be. Hospitals understandably need to be rigorous in their recruitment, meaning identification, references, working with children checks and qualifications all need to be collected and uploaded.
That’s why HR tech business Ledge Group (owned by Elco) has created the LedgeMed Doctor Portal, a centralised platform that enables Doctors to create and store documentation which can be quickly downloaded to apply for vacancies.
The LedgeMed Doctor Portal is accompanied by the LedgeMed Knowledge Center. The Knowledge Center, which has been created by Doctors, for Doctors, includes interviewing tips, techniques and tricks, valuable insights on upskilling, as well as job specific information.

Our Story
The idea for LedgeMed is the brainchild of Hugh Singleton, an Emergency Physician and Joshua del Rio, CEO and Co-Founder of Elco, a private equity ecosystem that brings together people with a vast array of backgrounds to attain value-driven outcomes for the group of companies.
It came about over a dinner where Hugh was explaining the antiquated and inconsistent technology systems within the healthcare system, specifically with temporary recruitment, application and placement.
